Cactus Over Clouds

Wasson Peak is a classic Tucson hike. It's 7.8 miles round trip (taking the Sendero Esperanza Trail in Saguaro National Park) and gains about 1300 feet.

On February 1, 2015 we hiked up to Wasson Peak in the Tucson Mountains through the fog.

The view of Tucson above the fog was unreal.

This is looking out toward downtown Tucson.

The mountains are like islands.

This is from Wasson Peak looking toward the Catalinas.
